Supertag is a family activity planner that helps parents discover and organize events for their children. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.

Account Information

When you sign in via Google, Apple, or Facebook, we collect:

• Display name
• Email address
• Profile photo (if provided)
• A unique user identifier

This data is used solely for authentication and displaying your profile within the app.

Usage Data

We store the following data related to your use of Supertag:

• Events you save (bookmarks)
• Supertags you create (your planned days)
• Your city preferences

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This service is privacy-focused:

• No cookies — Vercel Analytics does not use cookies or third-party tracking
• Anonymous data only — All data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users
• Short retention — Visitor session data is automatically deleted after 24 hours
• GDPR compliant — No personal identifiers are collected or tracked across websites

The following anonymous information may be collected:

• Page views and URL paths
• Referrer information
• General geolocation (country, city)
• Device type, operating system, and browser

Supertag uses only essential cookies required for authentication (Firebase session). We do not use any tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Essential Cookies

These are required for the app to function and cannot be disabled. They handle your login session and security.

Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics is completely cookie-free. No cookies are set for analytics purposes.

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication — For sign-in via Google, Apple, and Facebook (governed by Google's privacy policy)
• Vercel — For hosting and analytics (privacy-first, anonymous data only)
• Supertag API — Our backend service for storing your events and Supertags

All communications are encrypted using HTTPS. Authentication tokens are securely managed by Firebase and never exposed. Your data is stored on secured servers.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we store about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

• Withdraw your consent at any time

• Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted upon request
• Saved events & Supertags: Retained while your account is active
• Web analytics: Aggregated anonymous data only, session data deleted after 24 hours

Supertag is designed for parents to plan activities for their families. The app is intended for use by adults (parents/guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
